Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact at support@toysiverse.com. If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If we do not receive the item/s you are returning we will not be able to process the return. Therefore if you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that you are covered in case the item gets lost during transit. Do not send us items without confirmation from us that we will refund your item/s. If you send us items that have not been approved for a refund or exchange you will have to pay the shipping cost to have them returned to you. 

Funko specific:

We pack Funko Pops very well to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Any imperfections on the Funko Pop figure are not covered as this is how they arrive from the factory. We follow what the manufacturer 'Funko' themselves state which is that the outer boxes of which Funko Pops come in are for packaging only and the Funko pop inside is the actual item being purchased. Therefore imperfections to Funko Pop boxes will not count as a damaged good and will not be accepted for a refund. Minor damages to the Funko Pop box including but not limited to dents and scuffs are NOT COVERED as the outer box is considered packaging only and the item inside is the item you are purchasing. 

Mystery Boxes:

Mystery boxes and other mystery items including chase chance and mystery minis, are strictly non refundable and non exchangeable. This will be stated in each description of mystery products for further clarity with our customers. Purchase at your own risk.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for mystery items including but not limited to Mystery Boxes and Mystery Minis. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
